This document is the binding legal agreement between you and tbjili governing your use of the tbjili platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a tbjili account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Each individual Player may register and maintain one (1) tbjili account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitute a breach of these Terms. Upon discovery, all such accounts will be closed and all balances and winnings forfeited without notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including false date of birth, name, or identity documents, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbjili login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
tbjili shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or failed to notify tbjili of a suspected breach in a timely manner.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines, tbjili is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:
tbjili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account access, or close an account pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may have their accounts permanently closed and funds returned to the original payment source.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or accounts held in another person's name will be refused and returned. tbjili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant.
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Profits beyond the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified account held in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Completed KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals. tbjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. tbjili does not provide tax advice and shall not be responsible for any tax obligations arising from Player winnings.

All content on the tbjili platform — including but not limited to the tbjili name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of tbjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tbjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any tbjili content.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, tbjili shall not be liable for:
In all cases where tbjili is found liable, tbjili's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tbjili reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, tbjili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending withdrawals. In cases of closure unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory-directed closure or voluntary closure), tbjili will return the verified balance to the Player's registered payment method after applicable compliance checks.
tbjili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. tbjili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will never be sold to third parties for commercial purposes. tbjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the nature of the services offered — tbjili will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the tbjili platform. Your continued use of the tbjili platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. PAGCOR regulations, as amended from time to time, are incorporated into and form part of these Terms to the extent applicable.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the tbjili platform, you agree to first contact tbjili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The vast majority of Player concerns are resolved at this stage. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification to tbjili, either party may pursue formal resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter, or through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
